1. Return Policy

Because we sell health and nutrition supplements, the safety and quality of our products are our top priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, returns are only accepted in specific conditions.

Refunds can be accepted if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product compared to your order.
The product is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
Return Request was submitted within the 30 days since the date of product receipt.

Products that cannot be returned:

Opened or used supplements.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Labeled Product “Final Sale” or “Non-Refundable”.

2. Return Process

To request a refund, please follow the steps below:

Send email to [email protected] with listing:
- Order number
- Return Reason
- Product photo (if needed)
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will send you return instructions.
After we receive and verify our products, we will process refund or product replacement.

Important note:

Return shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the inspection is complete.
