Di Nutricity, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so that delivery can be made on time. Please review our order cancellation policy below.
Cancellation Period
- Orders can be cancelled within the time 24 hours since the order has been placed.
- To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service Team We use the contact information below within that period.
- If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, we will process full refund to your initial payment methods.
Cancellation After 24 Hours
- After 24 hours, the order is generally processed and prepared for shipment.
- If you want to cancel an order after this period, cancellation might not be possible.
- Under those conditions, you can reject package during shipping.
- Once the rejected package is returned to us in its original condition, we will process Refund for product price, does not include shipping costs.
Important Note
- Refunds will be shipped to original payment method that is used during purchases.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded for orders that are cancelled after a 24-hour period or for shipments that are rejected.
- If the product is returned not in its original condition, restocking cost can be worn.
