Clinical studies have shown positive results after 8 consecutive weeks of use, for at least 12 hours a day. The first results are observed already after the first 3-4 weeks. Leave the plaster on for 12 hours a day. 5. Replace the plaster every 12 hours or if it becomes loose or damaged. 6. Continue using the plasters for at least 8 weeks for optimal results.
